This place is nice! I've gotten to the point where price doesn't matter considering the quality of consistent service. I got Disney nails done here prior to my trip and the compliments were flowing! The owners, Chan and Elvis, work hard to make customers and staff comfortable while also humbly squeezing in clients. It's a clean place with good atmosphere. I appreciate my experience everytime.
I have been a regular here since they opened. I like the atmosphere so much that when my regular technician left I stayed and another young lady started doing my nails (shout out to Wendy, the BEST) today she was booked solid and I have to go out of town so I took whomever was available, first mistake. I went to get my nails done for a quick pick-me-up and requested an almond-shaped French gel builder set. Unfortunately, the nail technician lacked the necessary skills and had poor customer service. She handled my hands roughly, and my nails turned out so badly that I had to stop her and end the experience altogether. Instead of the almond shape I asked for, I received narrow, bird-shaped nails, and some of them were crooked. I just wanted to get out of there!
My first time here and I will definitely go back! Wendy did a great job on my nails!
My first experience at glow nail bar I booked an appointment with Mary and my second appointment. I booked with Morgan. This review details my experience with both of them. They were both excellent and I would recommend them to anyone that asked. I walked in not sure of the color I wanted .
