I’m not sure if 2 stars is fair. You should decide for yourself based on what’s important to you. For me the overall experience is important and quality of work is most important. Had I not lost a Gel-X nail on day 8 then the rating would be a 5. Losing a nail on day 8 drops my rating especially because I only have weekends in the area. Unfortunately their policy does not guarantee their work after day 7 manning if you loose a nail on day 8 you will be charge for a repair and for that reason I am rating this experience a 2 ... read more
