I’ve been a loyal customer here and have had two previous balayages that turned out beautifully, which is why I kept coming back. Sadly, this last visit was incredibly disappointing. I waited over 2 hours just to be seated, she did apologize, but the wait was excessive. I paid over $300, and my hair ended up burnt, blotchy, and the color is uneven. I’ve been coming here for a while now and have never been disappointed. Yaniris is amazing and very experienced with her balayages, so so worth it considering the quality and price. I’ve experienced the least amount of damage to my hair coming to her compared to other places. Aside from their highlighting services, they also provide basic stuff like blowouts and hair cuts which I have been satisfied with as well.
Avoid this salon at all costs. I left with chunks of hair missing, a painful chemical burn, and a color completely different from what I requested. The salon was dirty and disorganized, with staff shuffling me between chairs and mocking me in Spanish, assuming I didn’t understand. They bleached my hair twice without warning me of the risks, causing severe damage.
