Extremely rude staff. I'm not sure what role the individual named Efine Ekechukwu holds at this company, but I strongly advise against applying here if you're looking for a workplace that supports your livelihood and values patient care. Based on my phone interaction, this person demonstrated a complete lack of health literacy and concern for others. If this is how they communicate over the phone, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to work with them in person. If possible, avoid this place.
They went above and beyond helping me and my service animals. Definitely feel blessed, well taken care of, and in good hands. Thank ya'll so much for getting the job done, and in a timely manner.
