This is a very beautiful place . Clean and ghas reformers!!!!!!!! Had my first class and it was awesome. They have evening classes too. Instructors are excellent and patient with everyone. A big plus. I'm over 60 years old and Pilates is awesome for physical and mental fitness. It's fun and doesn't feel like exercise. They also have facials and a cute little spa area.I'm looking forward to evening class and maybe a facial too. A must check it out for the EAST SIDE . Love this little gym. It's super clean, classes are small, which gives the participants more interaction with the instructor, and there are many classes to choose from. Great location, easy parking. The Pilates classes (which are not offered anywhere else on the Eastside) are fantastic! Visit, join, get fit!
What a treat it is to have glow fitness as part of the community! Lidia is an amazing trainer and is sympathetic about life's demands. She works with you to create a plan that makes sense for your lifestyle. Safety is very important at glow and Lidia never pushes you more than your body can take. Lidia has created a beautiful community that supports and encourages one another through their fitness journey.
