This was easily one of the most uncomfortable service experiences I’ve had. After purchasing through Groupon, communication was extremely poor. Multiple attempts to reach the business went unanswered, which should have been a warning sign. When we finally got her on the phone she was extremely rude saying "She is just one person" in a very aggressive tone. I recently purchased a Groupon for an 80-minute Swedish Massage with Brittany at Glow Esthetics & Wax in Wellington, FL, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The space itself is tranquil, clean, and welcoming, with serene sounds playing softly in the background that immediately put me at ease. Just took my grandmother to get a massage she was gifted. Brittney was very nice from the very beginning and was able to book ahead of time. My grandmother sais she feels amazing and she was able to get all the knots out. Will definitely book a massage for myself with her, highly recommend. Very nice suite and very relaxed private location to get services.
