I would give them less than one star if I could. I purchased 1-60 minute and 1-80 minute massage through Groupon. I was unable to book an appointment through their online platform, so I tried calling their office. Left 3 messages about 3 weeks apart. Never heard back from them. Why bother having a phone if you neither answer the call nor return voice messages left?

This was easily one of the most uncomfortable service experiences I’ve had. After purchasing through Groupon, communication was extremely poor. Multiple attempts to reach the business went unanswered, which should have been a warning sign. When we finally got her on the phone she was extremely rude saying "She is just one person" in a very aggressive tone. I recently purchased a Groupon for an 80-minute Swedish Massage with Brittany at Glow Esthetics & Wax in Wellington, FL, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The space itself is tranquil, clean, and welcoming, with serene sounds playing softly in the background that immediately put me at ease.
