I love coming to Glow by Merlo. The team is so knowledgeable and provides amazing customer service. Best of all, they are incredibly punctual. They always take me at my scheduled time, and the salon has a calm, comfortable vibe because they space their clients out so well. It’s a truly professional and pleasant experience.

I was greeted warmly in the comfortable front lobby, stocked with drinks. Carolyn walked me to her service room, which was so clean and welcoming.
