I'm sad to say that I did not enjoy the customer care they provide. I booked a 30$+ haircut without blow dry (I was expecting to pay 30-45$ for the cut although I knew it would be a really easy haircut aka a trim and minimal face-framing) and ended up paying 68$ (taxes and tips included). I went to see Victoria Johnston. She does NOT know how to cut hair!!! I asked for a good layered cut. What did I get??? Just a trim. She just cut off the ends and maybe a very few what she thought meant layered at the end. The she blow dried it in such a way that made it look like a lot of layers . And she charged me $80!!!!when I got home and brushed it out no layers at all. Barely took anything off. Been to that salon 3 times.
