thank you! – I happened upon this little boutique while visiting Savannah for a friends wedding. My friend and I had appointments to have our make-up done at another place- JW Salon- but were told by four different sales people on Broughton that we must go to Glow! After we met Courtney we understood why! What a fantastic young lady and a wonderful make-up artist.
