Treated very poorly by staff. Didn't appreciate the rudeness I was faced with when I had a misunderstanding about the rewards program. Instead if politely explaining the issue I was treated like I was stupid and given a terrible attitude in regards to the situation.
Had some tricky meds for Mom's cataract surgery coupled with her change from Dow Corning insurance to Dow Chem. Glovers didn't miss a beat and knew what would and would not get covered by Medicare which allowed us to work with the doc. Good job Emerson and team. We are grateful. ��
A kind, honest person found my 13 year old sons wallet and turned it in at Glovers. The very kind male pharmacist took the time to track us down by going so far as to use my son's library card and call the library to find our phone number! I have always loved this store and will continue to be a customer. I hope the owners are aware of what a wonderful pharmacist they have.
