DO NOT GO HERE. This doctor and her daughter (the receptionist) do not know how to run an office. My wife went to Doctor Glover in hopes that she would take care of her current medical issues (autoimmune disease), but out of the MANY appointments scheduled, they only managed to not cancel two. They never answer their phones (they screen patients calls). They don’t take clinical notes at your appointment because they are so behind, but they will get them done 2-3 weeks later. The worst practice I have ever had to deal with. Phones are never answered, or are down temporarily. The physician and staff will argue with you, and yell at you. They got one star because I cant put a thumbs down!
I am a HUGE FAN of Dr. Glover's. She has literally been a lifesaver for me and my entire family. After finding her, I have been able to get answers to medical concerns and problems that had been lingering for years. Dr. Glover diagnosed persistent issues I was having from Valley Fever which prevented further damage to my major organs. She is a great listener and seeks to solve the problem rather than treat with medications first. Dr. Glover is simply THE BEST!!!!!!
This doctor is a scam. 10/10 would not recommend. I don't normally write reviews but have to this time. Because of issues with my insurance at the time, I had to pay for cortisone shots in my knees out of pocket. I covered the expenses every single time (including my copays) with the reassurance from Dr. Glover that I would be reimbursed after my insurance paid them back. Finally months after my visits I get information regarding my reimbursement, only for them to tell me that I "mysteriously" still owed them money. So they ... read more
