The worse dentist ever. The dentist shows absolutely no concern and the process of getting Seen and anything follow up is a waste of time. Ignorant and unprofessional establishment
Literally the WORST place I’ve ever been. Just Moved to Albany from Florida, so this is the first and only dentist office I knew about in the area. I took my son here FEBRUARY 18th for a toothache. He was prescribed amoxicillin and ibuprofen, as well as was supposed to have a prior authorization sent over to approve his tooth being pulled. Had an issue where the amoxicillin prescription was misplaced and never filled, so I called to see if they could give him another one or send it over to the pharmacy, and got no response. ... read more
I Have been going to this facility a little over a year. I've had routine Cleanings, Several appointments for deep cleaning and I am now in the process of getting A crown. My every Is encounter Has been pleasant and professional
This is the worst place in Albany. Georgia. They are so unprofessional and dishonest. There’s no one in authority to control this office. When you talk to the Administrator on Westover Road. It’s like a drop in the buck with them. They will not tell the truth and do anything to get out of work. They will ignore you and let you sit in the waiting area, for at least twenty minutes after your appointment. Wish I could give 0 stars!!! By far the worst dentist office I've ever experienced in my life!!!! This is twice we have driven 2 hours because we were told that our insurance would cover the procedure would be covered 100% just to get there and then tell us oh it's not covered it'll be 250.00 a tooth. So we left then they called me back and said it was a mistake and it is covered I asked them if they were sure and they told me yes 100% ok so I take another day off work drive all the way there just to be let down again!!!!!
