I would say do not EVER let them near your land. They will put gravel in your yard and leave it, they will bring railing and other materials to your place and just leave it in your yard. They said they would leave the place like they found it and I have had to have my house worked because they left the place where all the water from rain would wash under my home and washed out my drive where I could not pull out of my driveway!!
