Very solid but realistic and tells you when you would be better off just getting a new mower. Pretty mild mannered guy whom I would NEVER describe as verbally abusive

As a former chef, I rely on sharp knives. Rob Allen at Gloucester Service Center has been doing my knife sharpening for a while now and after they done the blade will slice a tomato without applying pressure. Great guy who does an awesome. Also happens to sell beautiful weather vanes with a nautical theme.
