Actually worst nails I’ve ever had in my life so disappointing. And nail tech is so rude and aggressive I will not be back and I highly don’t recommend at all. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked in for a simple pedicure and was told to sit down, but no one bothered to tell me there was going to be an hour-and-a-half wait. Had someone been upfront about the wait time, I could have decided whether to stay or come back later instead of having my schedule completely thrown off. What made it even more frustrating was watching one of the nail technicians spend time folding towels instead of helping waiting customers. Horrible experience. Took my daughter to get her nails done and a pedicure. She needed her current set of nails removed first and there were multiple nails that were split in half after the removal. There was issues with requesting reshaping and ultimately her french tips were not as she asked them to be done. My daughter felt very uncomfortable after trying to tell the woman what she wanted done. I was also asked where i usually take her and then asked why i didn’t just go there.
