ABUSE THEIR TENANTS THEY STEAL MONEY THEIR UNITS ARE FULL OF BLACK MOLD WHEN THEY GET PINCHED BY THE BROAD OF HEALTH, THEY THINK THEY CAN CHARGE THE TENANTS BECAUSE THEIR MAINTENCES DON'T DO THEIR JOBS THEIR CONTRACTORS GO INTO UNITS AND DESTORY TENANTS PROPERTY JOANNE BORZI THE LEASEING MANAGER DOSEN'T DO HER JOB SHE HAS NO KIDS BUT STALKS FAMILYS AND HARASS THEM SHE REFUSES TO GIVE PROPER LEASES HAVE VIDEO OF HER WITH PLATES ON WEEKENDS STALKING SHE SHOULD NOT BE AROUND FAMILYS AT ALL. this is the worse housing in the state of massachusetts. this office does exactly what it wants to do. they give housing and section 8 certificates to who THEY WANT TO!! they have people that should have gotten certificates and were passed by and then unless they fought about it, they did not get it. so, what does that tell you???? i pity anyone that has to deal with them.
