Staff was very rude. I walked in without an appointment and the staff didn’t even look me in the eye when telling me it’s appointments only. No professionalism. She just said no and when back to working on her computer. Wouldn’t even respond to me. I was in and out in less than 20 seconds. Shocked they’d even employ the receptionists.
Dr. Cherian and clinic staff are truly amazing and professional. They take care of my parents very well. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Cherian is one of the few doctors left who really try to help. Glad we have him as our family doctor.
After almost a decade long wait for a family doctor in Ottawa, I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Moalim-Nour as my primary healthcare provider. She is smart, thorough and patient - always taking the time to answer all my questions. Her professionalism and kindness shine through in every visit, and I always leave feeling well cared for. I also appreciate the nurse who takes vitals as she is very polite and efficient. Thank you for taking us on as your patients!
