My wife goes here... She says they do a good job and are always prompt to get her in. Definitely professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, competent customer centered manager.
Love it here Betty is the best and the only tech i would see since Ann was moved .. I misunderstood a situation where the male manager was laughing after I signed a required form. Been coming 10 yrs and thought it was personally about me and the form but I was wrong.
absolutely so disappointed in this place. worst customer service ever.
Just got a basic gel manicure. Cost 40 dollars and the lady took my card and tipped herself 20 dollars. I asked for 10 back and she said she could not do that. To make it worse, all of my nails are uneven. Would not recommend unless you like people choosing a tip for themselves.
