I started getting my nails done more frequently, and I found this place last minute. I will admit I don't have a bunch of knowledge but everyone there was super sweet and they were patient with me. I showed them picture of my beach/ocean themed catseye nails and they did their best to make it happen. I had a set on already but she filed down, shaped and filled them in so they looked fresh and then did great work on my nails. My time and money are valuable too!!! After going to Glossy Nails and Spa for the last 4 years, this was my worst experience. I called Tuesday to schedule my appointment with Phil for Thursday @2:30. I took off work early and got there at 2:00 just to be told Phil wasn’t there, he had an emergency. I was asked if I wanted anyone else to do my pedicure. Glossy Nails & Spa is the only nail service I trust to do my pedicure and nails. The staff is always kind friendly and Chelsea dominates each style I present to her. I’ve been coming to Glossy for over a year now and never had a bad experience!!
