Absolutely amazing experience! I went in for nails for a concert (greyday) and asked for a very complex design. My nail tech was so kind and wanted to do everything possible to make my nails exactly what I wanted. I have to keep my nails very short for sports and she still got the exact design I wanted on every nail looking perfect even though there were so many extremely small details. I started getting my nails done more frequently, and I found this place last minute. I will admit I don't have a bunch of knowledge but everyone there was super sweet and they were patient with me. I showed them picture of my beach/ocean themed catseye nails and they did their best to make it happen. I had a set on already but she filed down, shaped and filled them in so they looked fresh and then did great work on my nails. My time and money are valuable too!!! After going to Glossy Nails and Spa for the last 4 years, this was my worst experience. I called Tuesday to schedule my appointment with Phil for Thursday @2:30. I took off work early and got there at 2:00 just to be told Phil wasn’t there, he had an emergency. I was asked if I wanted anyone else to do my pedicure.
