Dee did my nails today and did the picture I showed her to a tee, looks exactly the same so pleased!
I have done my nails with Lucy she is good, I do bio gel. However I did my nails Monday June 30 and once I left I noticed they were thin and not as hard. They were scratching me and one popped off from just opening the fridge door. I called to have them fix it and they want to charge me $5-$10 which I wouldn’t mind if it would’ve been my fault. Obviously they cheated out and didn’t put enough product. Manger was not Friendly and showed no good customer service. Will not be going back because of him.
Very expensive, he asked me to put review so i can get $5 discount but never gave me discount. Very expensive than others!!
Attended requesting a manicure service, the staff told me to sit down. No acknowledgement of when I will be seen. I say quietly as I saw one woman working and the other scrolling on her phone(the same one who told me to sit). One male worker just passes by and walked out the back door.I sat there for a bit before exiting. Waste of time place.
Got my nails done here! I’m soo happy with them. The customer service is amazing. Thank you for an amazing experience! Tim is awesome!
