I’m very upset and would not recommend anyone to get their nails done here. Alex did my nails, and within less than 3 days, they started falling off. I contacted him directly to explain the situation, expecting some assistance or a solution. Instead, I was told that I would have to pay again to have them fixed. Not only was the quality of the service disappointing, but the customer service was as well.
