Alyssa is the best!
Came here only for a gel polish removal. No manicure. No repaint. Before my appointment, I asked directly if parking in front of the neighboring hair salon was okay and was clearly told yes. While I was inside, this salon allowed a tow truck to be called on my car due to their ongoing parking war with the neighboring business — something the tow driver said happens constantly. This is a very special salon! I started coming here in 2021 and I have not stopped coming back. The vibes are immaculate and are a direct reflection of Megan and Lad’s vision, supported by a team that brings so much warmth, creativity, and talent into the space. Some of the nail designs I’ve had done here are some of the coolest art I’ve ever seen! The customer service is thoughtful, the work is consistently incredible, and it truly feels like a place that cares about what they do.
Glossy is as Glossy does. During an entire snowstorm too! Roads? Closed. Snow? Thicker than frozen peanut butter. Lad? Snow pants dragging to the floor. Meg? Smiling through it all as she glides through her perfectly maintained nail shop. Glossy is the standard of care and quality for their guests through and through. I believe they can and will run the world someday.
If I could give them 20 stars, I would!!! Glossy has the best talent, kindest people, amazing environment, just all around amazing establishment that supports and loves their community. They keep my natural nails so long and strong (photos attached!) and actually CARE about the condition of my nails unlike so many other places.
