Love love loveeee the Glossy gang and getting my nails done here! Selena takes such great care of my nails and although she is my regular tech, I have had appointments with other techs and have never been disappointed. they also take sanitation seriously and that is sooo important!! Finally, i could bath in their cuticle oil, 10/10!!!

I’ve wanted to come to Glossy for a while and was so excited to treat myself for my birthday. I had such a great time! Becky is so sweet and easy to talk to, and I appreciated her thoughtfulness when it came to trying to decide on a nail color from the inso pictures I showed her. I left feeling like a million bucks, and I’ve already booked two more appointments It’s easy to see why Glossy was voted #1 by Cleveland Scene!

Came here only for a gel polish removal. No manicure. No repaint. Before my appointment, I asked directly if parking in front of the neighboring hair salon was okay and was clearly told yes. While I was inside, this salon allowed a tow truck to be called on my car due to their ongoing parking war with the neighboring business — something the tow driver said happens constantly. This is a very special salon! I started coming here in 2021 and I have not stopped coming back. The vibes are immaculate and are a direct reflection of Megan and Lad’s vision, supported by a team that brings so much warmth, creativity, and talent into the space. Some of the nail designs I’ve had done here are some of the coolest art I’ve ever seen! The customer service is thoughtful, the work is consistently incredible, and it truly feels like a place that cares about what they do.
