Got the most beautiful pink chrome nails yesterday at Glossy from Jessica. I’ve always had a great experience there but this was exceptional. Thank you!
Amy does an amazing job with liquid gel nails. They are so perfect that people are surprised when I tell them that they are not. She is great with nails and she also makes sure that walk-ins are all set.
Went in for the first time to get acrylic full set and pedicure with regular polish. Both the aesthetician and the owner were constantly trying to upsell me to the point or practically arguing with me that the upsold service was superior to my original selection, even though I had stated clearly my choices. If a business cannot stand by the quality of a service, it shouldn’t be on the menu. It is not okay to constantly pressure a customer, just so you can make a few more dollars. Why should I have to say no so many times?
I have a good experience with Amy , who is an owner . She is very attentively and professional. Definitely I will return again. ..
A gel manicure took over an hour and a half.. the staff does a great job but I feel like management has too many people come it at once/doesn’t refuse service to anyone and it impacts the experience. Too expensive for overall quality and not worth the wait :(
