Went in for the first time to get acrylic full set and pedicure with regular polish. Both the aesthetician and the owner were constantly trying to upsell me to the point or practically arguing with me that the upsold service was superior to my original selection, even though I had stated clearly my choices. If a business cannot stand by the quality of a service, it shouldn’t be on the menu. It is not okay to constantly pressure a customer, just so you can make a few more dollars. Why should I have to say no so many times?

A gel manicure took over an hour and a half.. the staff does a great job but I feel like management has too many people come it at once/doesn’t refuse service to anyone and it impacts the experience. Too expensive for overall quality and not worth the wait :(

Jessica and Mimi have done great jobs for pedicure and manicure for me yesterday with great customer services. Great jobs. This is one of the best nail salons in town. I will come again for many times in the future.
