My mom and I just left this location and all I can say is WOW! The store is super clean and well organized. We received nothing but excellent customer service and support from Rachel and Sarah! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Rachel and Sarah for making our Glossier experience amazing 🤍!

On January 8th, I visited the Glossier Ponce City Market location. I was greeted by two of the sweetest girls. Taylor and Rachel were phenomenal. I had smelled the glossier you candle a few months back and didn't purchase it, but fortunately, it was in stock this time around. They recommended the new perfume Glossier You Doux, which is amazing, and made sure I left with a travel-size and my new candle. I love the little pink pouches and they made sure I had extras! Long time Glossier shopper, but I made the rookie mistake of ordering foundation online and I picked the wrong shade. Deja was very diligent in helping me find the correct shade and patient when the transaction had some technical difficulties. Great store and great customer service!
