My mom goes here and loves it, however my experience was very different. I got my nails done on Friday (they pushed my cuticle back too far and it hurt), it is now Wednesday and they are starting to life. The quality is not worth what i paid for it. Also there was a complete lack of professionalism with not just my nail tech but her coworker who bashed the owner/her boss the entire time I was there. Come here If you want horrible customer service, the manager doesn't care if you're disappointed and we'll not refund you. My daughter had her nails done here today. And they didn't give her anything she wanted and the lady gave me attitude when i asked for her to fix it, when asked about it to the manager, he just basically stuck up for his nail artist, really bad customer service. On their website it says 10% off for your birthday month but when I went in they told me they don’t do birthday discounts… then why advertise it on your website? Very misleading

I went in for a Gel-X fill on my nails and a gel pedicure on my toes. Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with both services. My nails are fine, but they’re far from great. My middle finger on my left hand has already chipped significantly. During the service, Gel-X also dripped onto my right thumb. My hand had already gone under the lamp, so the gel had dried, and the technician gave me a nail tool and had me try to remove the dried Gel-X myself.
