I just had a haircut/trim, and I’m honestly shocked by the result. This is, without question, the worst haircut I’ve ever received. For the past three weeks, I had been trying to book an appointment with a specific stylist. Every time I called, I was told she was unavailable or taking the day off, and I was repeatedly encouraged to see someone else. They dont know how to cut hair
My mother-in-law came in after winning a $75 gift certificate from an event that Gloss donated to on April 30th. She went today, May 23, and they did not accept it. They said it expired on May 1 (the day after she won it). The gift certificate itself says it expires in June, but they said it was tampered with (pictured below- it does seem strange.
