I'm not one to post reviews, good or bad, but I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with Rachel. She's great when you're a happy customer but when your acrylics fall off for no reason and you see a fungus underneath (this is the 3rd time this has happened with her salon), she doesn't respond to your texts and doesn't make it better for her customer. I have been coming here for years and it’s not like me to leave negative reviews, however I made an appointment for a fill on 7/23. Between the male worker and the one lady worker, I lost count of the amount of burns caused by the metal drill bit. A chunk was then drilled out of my skin and cut too deep into my real nail. There is a reason this place has so many 5 star reviews. Im pretty particular about my nails so I usually have a hard time finding a place that listens and executes perfectly. Not only was my service quick, attention to detail was A+ even as a walk in. 10/10 service all around. I’ll definitely be returning. So happy I finally found a new “usual spot”.
