I have received multiple services here and they always turn out so cute! I am very picky about French tip and Keanni did so good! The salon is clean and has a great aesthetic. The whole service was great each time.
My partner and I walked in for pedicures and had such an off-putting experience. We went to the chairs, popped our feet in to soak, had a basic body lotion put on them, my toenails clipped m, and then painted. There was no scrub, no massage, I was really surprised. It felt like we were being rushed out, and it turned a good night into one that still leaves me upset. Gloss Nail Lounge is our favorite place in Spokane. The spa is very clean and staff is friendly. Shiann Nolan Is top notch! She does an amazing job, great massages and attention to detail. Our conversations are also wonderful too. 10/10 recommend booking with her!
My wife has been going to for 2.5 years and I have been going for 2 years. We love our nail techs Nelly and Shiann are absolutely amazing. The owner Megan is an amazing tech as well. The saloon is clean and does not smell like chemicals like so many other nail places. As a gem thing in here feels so much better then other places I have had my nails done.
I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. Gloss is fairly close to my house and has pretty good reviews, so I made an appointment. They were able to get me in right away. I had an appointment last week for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure. The salon is very cute and looked clean. All the employees seemed nice and I was greeted by someone right away.
