Booked a gel extension with a message about doing a French manicure for Engagement photos. When I got there I was informed that they weren’t aware that they were going to do a French tip manicure even though they said they looked through the different appointments. I asked if they could refund me because I didn’t want just gel and had a vision for professional photos. They wouldn’t give me my money back. Shiann does an amazing job and pays exceptional attention to detail. She provides a very relaxing environment, always pleasant and friendly and never makes me feel like she is in a hurry to finish. Her massage skills are truly the best; I wish I could visit her every week!
Gloss Nail Lounge doesn’t just do pedicures—they elevate them. The 15-minute massage is non-negotiable (trust me), the gel polish lasts forever, and the staff makes every visit feel like your kind of vibe. Worth every penny… and then some. Online booking is available but you can always call too. Plus they are open 7 days a week I think.
Trinity did an excellent job with my mani/pedi. Very thorough and gave good instruction on maintenence.
