From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The owner is incredibly talented and takes great pride in his work. My nails came out absolutely beautiful, I love the detailed artwork and the French tips. Every detail was done with precision, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would give them a negative 1 if I could. I come here ALL the time. I asked for a simple set and this is what they gave me and they didn’t even care to make it right. The only one who tried to fix it was a move younger lady. They only have two people in there who can do nails honestly. And then had the nerve to ask me for $120 for that crap.
I went in for a pedicure and chose option #2 which included a scrub, massage, and lotion. I did not receive any of that and the nail tech decided to moisturize with oil instead. Prior to her painting my toe nails, I reminded her that I requested option #2 and she nodded and smiled but proceeded to paint them. I didn't say anything again thinking that maybe her process was different and she'd do the scrub, massage, and lotion at the end. She didn't.
