The lady who has like a gold color in her hair at the ends DO NOT get any service from her. She did my momma nails so fast they broke off right before we were going to pay and she did not check the length on her nails, they were different sizes and only coated her nails once so you could see her nail through the nails PLUSSS she got her brows done and did not do them correctly. I visited Gloss for the first time today and I received a full set and color change also a color change for my 3 year old. I typically let my daughter choose her own color. This time she chose a dark pink. Instead of painting my daughter’s toes the color we asked for she painted her toes the color she thought was “age appropriate” and that is not what I asked for. If I’m a paying customer i expect to get what I asked for not what you think I should get. Also they do a great job but the energy is aggressive and not welcoming.... read more
