The pedicure was exceptional, with my technician receiving a perfect score of 10 out of 10. However, my second nail technician’s performance was significantly lower, earning a score of 1 out of 10. This raises an issue, as it appears that she may have a personal connection to one of the managers. Firstly, the nail preparation was inadequate, resulting in blocky, uneven, and not square nails, contrary to my request.
