All I can say is that I will never go there again. To squeeze a extra 10 dollars out of me, for something that is suppose to be part of the service is uncalled for. So shame on you Gloss.
i feel bad giving a low rating but i got a manicure and asked for my cuticles to be cut… tbh i don’t see a difference as i went in and when i left. just a clear coat. i still tipped well because i do believe they can do good work regardless of this
Took forever to be seated and once seated to soak my feet. I waited so long for a nail tech the water had gotten cold
Love Mary for pedicures!! She gets it right every time and takes her time with the service.
