I got a Groupon and had Tyrone come out several times. I was a repeat customer until he drove my car (when he was not authorized to do so) into a pole. He told me he would cover the damages and that he was a man of his word and had the integrity of his business to worry about. He never responded to my calls or texts after seeing the quote for the damages. Do not trust this man with your vehicle.

I purchased a Groupon in March and at the time the first available appointment was in May, which was fine. I set up an appointment for June. That appointment had to be rescheduled because the owner had a flat tire. The next appointment, he showed up 2.5 hours early because he didn't have the time correct and I wasn't at the location. First show of a lack of professionalism, Tyrone showed up AN HOUR early! Some people might consider that a good thing but I have a life and schedule and would have expected a courtesy call if he was changing the appointment time by that much. He then did a terrible job cleaning it. I won’t call it detailing because all details were ignored. In reading these reviews, Tyrone — if that’s even his name — is up to his same tricks! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a Groupon. (The glowing Groupon reviews must be lies.) Contacted him for an appointment and he wanted me to wait 30 days because he “had so many requests.” Fine, I can be reasonable so I made an appointment. Appointment day comes and — nothing. Bought a groupon. Don't waste your money. The only available appointment was one month later. On the day of the appointment he was one hour late. In the 2 hours he was here he, washed my truck with a brush, did no buffing or wax at all. Didn't clean the rims (but sprayed on a lot of tire wet). I ran my fingers on the interior door panels and left lines in the dust that was still there. Leaves and debris were under the seats. For some reason all the seats were wet .
