Michelle is absolutely wonderful! She’s detail-oriented, gentle, and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My pedicures always last, and she creates such a relaxing experience from start to finish. Beyond her skill, Michelle is warm and welcoming she makes you feel comfortable the moment you sit down. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch pedicure experience!

Cut my daughters nails so badly they bled multiple times during her manicure and also ripped a lot of her hair out during the headspa. They are not gentle and don't know how to treat long hair. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this place really upset me. I had to ask them to stop the headspa treatment because my daughter was in so much pain.

I highly recommend the head spa experience with Lauren. It is an amazing pampering session that will put you in the ultimate state of relaxation. I added on the blowout style at the end, and my hair looks, feels, and smells incredible.
