So disappointed that new ownership took the BEST nail salon in town and ran it into the ground within 3 weeks of owning it. I will not be returning and am thrilled to have found where the original Gloss Lab crew moved to receive their excellent services at a new salon. So unfortunate. Michelle is absolutely wonderful! She’s detail-oriented, gentle, and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My pedicures always last, and she creates such a relaxing experience from start to finish. Beyond her skill, Michelle is warm and welcoming she makes you feel comfortable the moment you sit down. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch pedicure experience!
