Horrible experience, I was hoping for a simple dental cleaning. The receptionist Elizabeth said she would get back to me and give a call me after getting a hold of my insurance. Hours passed by and again she answered and said she will call back. Never got a call. I called the next day. My dental plan covers two dental cleanings for the year and according to the oral specialist I was going to need fillings so she couldnt provide a simple cleansing the day I made an appointment without getting charged or billed twice .
