Been without a workable water heater for 11 days. Can hardly get Ed on the phone. Finally received parts from the manufacturer because my husband called and had them ordered. Ed said someone would come out today and it’s 8:41pm and he won’t answer calls or texts and we still have no hot water. I have obviously tried to be understanding and have waited and waited but this is ridiculous. I do not recommend this company at all.
