To me, the office staff has been very polite and remembers my name. I have been seen by Marlene, Terry, Stella, and Pam. They are all GREAT. I was a mess before. My family is so happy that I finally found the proper meds, thanks to these professionals.

Run Fast...Please stay away! These people never answer the phone, on the 7th try you may get an actually person. I asked to speak with a manager about a fax and no shows that were on my account. I sat out in the lobby for about 20 minutes and no manager ever came to acknowledge my concern. I was then called by Terry Perrault, ARNP; which was rude from the moment she open the door for my children ( I couldn't believe what was going on) to be seen. Terry was very unprofessional and was very condescending. I will never go back ... read more

I highly recommend Dr. Pathak. He is younger and suggest more alternatives other than medications, which is the first time I had ever experienced that. Sometimes people should not be on medications for a long time because they are highly addictive and could cause more harm than good. Some medications are fine to be on long-term. The problem I had was the office staff. They are unpleasant and do not return my phone calls. I chose to leave as a patient because I would call and call and not get a return call and then I would no... read more

Terry, the ARNP is great. She listens to my concerns about my daughter and has helped her stablize her mood disorder. The office staff isn't great, but not the worst Dr.'s office I've been to. Terry makes it worth the minor aggrivations.

I know how hard it is to get a place approved by an insurance company but DONT cave. DONT use them. The front staff are rude/lazy they made me wait over an hr once bc they 'forgot' my file. The doctors never remember you which is vital when it comes to these meds. The one male in the lot is a tree huggger insists I get off my meds even though im really happy where Im at (dont fix what isnt broken) I stayed for so long bc i was seeing barbara She is a GREAT woman but i called asking why I hadnt been c,alled to be reminded abo... read more

I feel like I should be posting this on "F my life". Dr. M was recommended to me, waited months to see her. Intake was fine, she suggested increasing my current med (that no longer worked at all). After a week on higher dose, depression was so much worse I felt like dying. I called the office, sent a fax and left a message on Dr. Montes' voice mail explaining how bad I felt and asked what do do. No response after 2 weeks. Next appt isn't for 2 months (the soonest they could get me in). I've given up on getting help. It's har... read more

Do not go here. The mother of my child had an appointment for check up that I was invited to. Dr. Pathak would not allow me to enter the appointment because i was 2 minutes late. Very rude!
