Such good service! The nail techs were so sweet and careful. They listened to my requests and made sure I was happy with my nails. I felt really taken care of the final product is absolutely stunning and I have been getting compliments on my nails non stop!
Extremely disappointing experience. The service was rushed, careless and completely unprofessional. My nails were done very poorly and it honestly felt like the staff were just trying to finish as quickly as possible rather than actually caring about the result. Halfway through my service, the staff member simply left me sitting there to attend to another customer, without any explanation or consideration for my time.
