I've been dealing with roof leaks off and on for 11 years since Glory Bound Roofing replaced my roof. I called Gene Creel twice and left messages about the leaks, but he did not return my calls. Instead, he said he didn't recall any messages from me. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this business as they are unreliable.

Look for another roofing company, unprofessional, short tempered, likes to cuss at customers if you say stuff that makes sense. Yes there are cheap. Remember you get what you pay, corner cutting, b.s. patch work. It'll pass inspection, again you get what you pay for. You've been cautioned.

I moved into a house that this guy installed a new roof on.I had a leak and since the warranty was still active, I called him. He did respond and appeared to address the leak which was at the skylight. We'll the next rain clearly indicated that he caused a more intensive leak than the first leak. Water was now pouring in my living room. I contacted my insurance company and a few adjusters, along with some roofers showed up to inspect .
