Our ac unit stopped working on a Saturday night and we contacted Mr Patel on Sunday early morning. Not only was he prompt to visit and diagnose the problem but also helped us with installing the new unit on the same day. Very efficient and knowledgeable team! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for reliable and prompt HVAC services.
I was always kinda hesitant calling any A/C repair facility for the main reason of being duped. Calling Glors Heating ended up to be a pleasant one. Patel was easy talking to and assured a tech will be on site in an hour or 2. Patel showed up in an hour and assessed the condition of my A/C. He answered all my questions straightforwardly when I already know exactly the answers. Long story short, I agreed to replace our vintage A/C unit with a really good deal I cannot refuse.
