I recently experienced a Zen Thai Shiatsu Massage with the beautiful Tracey. At the beginning of my session I explained I had been having this feeling in my body and the only way I could describe it was I felt stuck in my body. By the end of the session that feeling had completely shifted and I felt like my entire body had been nurtured and lengthened. I was feeling more me again and free.
