Very very very bad service they just ruin my morning firstly I wait too long to somebody come and do my wax after long wait one lady came and she really did bad service she is using bad wording and talking continuously by herself. She took 1 hr just for legs and arms. I am totally disappointed with them.

totally unprofessional. called to book an appointment saying be their little by 7 once i arrived i was greeded by sour face. went for threading. prior to her starting i told her to take time and do it properly . she rushed and made my eyebrows uneven. when i told her that it looks uneven she gave me attitude and told me my eyebrows were this way . i had to tell her that its her job to make it even . horrible customer service and attention to detail will never go back and will NEVER RECOMMEND

If I could give 0 star I would. The lady was very rude I went for eyebrows threading. Especially sonal she was such a pathetic lady does not care speak unprofessionally and rude. Never go there if you wand polite and nice service. If u will say something is not okay can you do it again sonal will give you very high attitude that makes customers feel disrespectful in front of other customers. Need to get training on customer service ok

Very unprofessional service. The staff refuses to do the job smoothly and just says “this is how it is” instead of fixing issues. On top of that, they are never consistent with their pricing — every time it’s a different amount, and even if you ask two people at the same time, they’ll give you two different prices for the exact same service. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this salon.

Overall hairstyling is pretty good and waxing as well. However, when I came for a haircut, the lady combed my hair as if I was a mannequin. It pained a lot and felt that my hair was going to get damaged. The service itself is just not that great, they hardly ask anything. They need to make sure their customers like myself feel comfortable when they are getting their hair done.
