Not one to complain, but I felt the service today lacked a bit of professionalism. The staff member was glued to her phone and didn't see me standing next to the counter until I spoke up, and during the threading she mentioned I’d need waxing for better results and that the waxing machine isn't working. There wasn’t really any apology or explanation — just thought some customer service training could help.
I recently visited Glorious Beauty Salon for upper lip service, and Tanuja did an amazing job! She was so kind, patient, and professional. The whole experience was very comfortable, and I’m really happy with the results. Definitely coming back again!”
Apparently this place opens at 9:00 AM, I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and no staff member has arrived. Pretty disappointing, not to mention the ridiculous prices.
Worst experience ever! My requests weren’t listened to and the shape was changed.
Not one to really complain but got my eye brows waxed where she got wax inside my hair & had to rip out a chunk & only gave me a $2 discount 🤣 wouldn't be going back there ever thats for sure!!
