The issue I had with the review written in my December 19th review has been resolved. The company came back and completed the job to my satisfaction.
On November 7th we had Tom Bailey and his crew out to remove a couple of limbs from a tree at the rear of my property that was damaged by a storm. On the day he was out to do the job and prior to the work being completed, he approached my wife for payment and asked that she sign the work order showing the work had been completed. Mr. Bailey indicated he needed to leave for another job but his crew would stay and finish. My wife signed and paid but the job never was completed.
