You are. Avery horrible doctors office that doesn’t have a phone work instead you have your patients calling you into fax and hang up on us. Especially when ours my moms doctor who is right now in the hospital waiting for you to give appointment. I rather not have you as my mom’s doctors if you can’t answer your phone correctively.
