This shop has created such a poor experience for me with Jewelers and I can not believe the problems I had to go through just to get my jewelry resized. The ladies inside the shop were rude, dismissive, and overall just untrustworthy from the get-go with the way they seemed to act knowing I am not from the area, as if they were never planning to return my jewelry; They neglected their contact policies to inform me of when my jewelery was ready and did NOT update me when the expected complete date was no longer possible, it t... read more
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a wonderful experience at Gloria’s. Their in-house jeweler did an exceptional job resizing a few of my rings and resetting the stones. These pieces have a lot of sentimental value, so I’m very particular about who I trust with them. Gloria’s amazing lady is the only jeweler I feel completely comfortable leaving them with. Everything turned out beautifully and we will be returning as usual!
Only giving this place one star. Because no star is not an option. I went in to get my necklace fixed. Because I was missing a link and came back two weeks later after I was told it was gonna be done in 2 days. I had to call them after two weeks. And find out if it was done the day before I called no text, no call, no information, nothing. I walk in, come, get my necklace to find out. She replaced one of my links with a totally different link and a different size to my gold necklace. This is ridiculous. We'll not come back. ... read more
Absolutely the nicest people to work with. I had a ton of questions and everything was answered clearly. In the ACA Jeweler half of the store I had two rings resized (up) and a bead necklace fixed. I am so happy with the craftsmanship of the work and the turnaround time. I'm sending everyone there!
Gloria's is the best! All of the pre-owned jewelry is so unique and beautiful! So many one of a kind pieces at great prices and even the familiar trending styles are priced way below those chain stores! Also, they can repair jewelry and make it look brand new! Plus, if you are looking to sell or trade your old gold (perfect or broken) go to Gloria's!
