Incredibly rude. Instead of concern or care, I was met with misogyny and anger. Gloria didn’t listen well, cherry-picking what she wanted to hear from what I said, which led her to misdiagnose something very simple. Not only did she lie directly to my face, but she also shared my personal information after being asked not to.
