I left this appointment feeling belittled and dismissed. The doctor spoke to me in a condescending tone, barely made eye contact, and seemed more interested in asserting authority than actually listening. I wasn’t treated like a person with valid concerns, I was treated like a nuisance. If you’re looking for compassionate care or basic respect, I’d strongly advise going elsewhere.
My last visit she was very rude and unprofessional. I have a bad memory, which I told her from the first time I met her. She prescribed me medicine that I could not remember. Because I forgot she treated me very disrespectful. She did not finish my treatment walk out and left me and my wife in the treatment room. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Give her 1 Star.
Dr. Simms and the providers under her do a great job of diagnosing and setting up treatment for migraines, vertigo, and related neurological conditions. Dr. Simms is very no-nonsense as other reviewers have alluded to, but she's on point and asks the right questions to get to the root of things. She also referred me to a pain specialist to see about secondary/related conditions to achieve a holistic approach to patient care. I have been seeing Dr. Simms for the last 7 months for my chronic migraines/neck issues and she has been great! She's stern and to the point, but very knowledgeable, compassionate and highly-skilled at her craft. I am genuinely thankful that she is my neurologist and her treatment plan for me has been making a difference in my health journey. Thank you again Dr. Simms and staff.
Cometí el error de buscar otro neurólogo, por mi migraña severa complicada. Y caí con esta doctora especialista en migraña (según ella). Ella solo se informa del historial del paciente y te lo aplica. Si, te hace efecto (como ya había pasado con el anterior dr). Ella dice: Que es la única que lo hace.
