I have curly hair and went in asking for a trim, I specified that my hair was really curly and didn’t want it to be cut too much since it would scrunch up, but she cut it way too short. A few days later I straightened it and realized how chopped and uneven it was. The photo speaks for itself. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am devastated. I’m lucky my hair is curly because it can hide how bad the hair is cut.

Made two appointments because they had open availability day of both appointments confirmed, then I get to the appointments and they changed the status to reviewing and the lady was nice but there was a language barrier so she had someone translate to me that they didn’t accept thr appointment and that I just “showed up” correct me if I’m wrong but usually when you book an appointment and you get a confirmation message that means that the appointment is booked for that day. Gloria is wonderful. She is efficient and still takes the time to treat hair correctly. I really like having someone I can trust to return to for curly hair.
