Gloria and staff are so talented! They always do an amazing job with my son’s hair and, now that I’ve seen what they’ve done for women’s hair while I was waiting for my son, I’ll be switching to Gloria and her crew. He gets the “broccoli” perm every 6 months and a cut every 2. There is often short-notice availability at convenient times, which is great. Great service!
Made appointment. Showed up and the open sign was showing, but door was locked. Called and knocked multiple times and didn't get response. Showing up to a place as a walk-in and finding it closed is fine. Having scheduled an appointment and had it confirmed only to have the place closed... not so much.
If you don’t know Spanish unfortunately wouldn’t go . I thought they were so nice but told her that I wanted my ends trimmed and she chopped all my hair off!!! I’m not happy at all and still tipped and never will be back again . My hair isn’t even what I asked for and it’s all choppy as well . Thank god for a weave cause this is embarrassing
