I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously
