07/06/2026 Entering RGV Endocrinologist office for first time not knowing what to expect. The staff was very nice professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Ortiz made me feel comfortable explaining everything for being a first time patient.
Great service from the doctor and her staff.
Very good doctor goes over all your lab work and images explains results very well. In my first appointment I did not have to wait 6 months to see Dr I was given an appointment right away 👍👍👍
