I called to schedule an appointment, and a staff member named Caroline told me that Dr. Ortiz doesn’t treat people with my condition. When I asked what my condition was, she assumed hormone-related but yet she’s not a doctor herself. She also said that Dr. Ortiz went to school to study hormones and is an endocrinologist, but doesn’t see patients with hormone issues to try DHR or other places.
